Chief of Staff, Strategy & Executive Operations

The Company is seeking an AVP, Strategy & Executive Operations to serve as a Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the Head of Distribution. This role is pivotal in enhancing executive effectiveness, facilitating strategic planning, and managing the leadership operating cadence across various distribution and marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive partnership, strategic planning, executive governance, cross-functional alignment, performance insights, and organizational effectiveness. They will not assume accountability for business results but will create value through strategic insight, organizational alignment, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in supporting senior executives and complex business priorities. The role requires the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams, connect business performance with actionable recommendations, and develop executive-level materials. Strong business and financial acumen, analytical judgment, and excellent communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in insurance, financial services, or multichannel consumer business. The Chief of Staff will be expected to travel up to 25% and should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
