Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a growing multi-unit restaurant operation. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and performance metrics; analyzing costs and profitability; and strengthening financial controls, accountability, and operational processes. The CFO will partner with operational leaders to improve labor and food costs, purchasing, and restaurant-level results, while coordinating with accounting professionals to support accurate reporting and compliance. The role also evaluates investments and growth opportunities and helps build the systems needed to support the organization’s expansion. Candidates should have proven financial leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment, and a strong understanding of restaurant economics, including labor, food costs, prime cost, and profitability. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and hands-on approach, with experience building or improving financial and operational systems. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to develop practical solutions and work effectively in an evolving organization. A collaborative, transparent, and accountable leadership style is also important.
