Vice President of Global Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain to provide enterprise leadership for its end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing and inventory management, demand planning and forecasting, warehouse operations, freight management, and import compliance. This role requires close collaboration with finance, merchandising, sales, suppliers, and logistics partners to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and deliver annual cost savings. The VP will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance inventory productivity, product availability, and working capital efficiency, as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and related areas. A Master's degree and professional certifications are preferred. The role demands a strong background in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation, warehousing, and cost management, as well as a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrated supply chain functions within a distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site fulfillment environment, and be adept at driving operational improvements and leading continuous improvement through data analysis, process enhancement, technology, and automation initiatives.
