Vice President of Investor Relations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead its capital-raising and investor-relations strategy. Responsibilities include developing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective investors, creating investor communications and reporting programs, and partnering with executive leadership on fundraising and strategic growth. The role will assess future fund structures, oversee and mentor team members, and represent the organization at investor meetings and industry events. It will also coordinate with acquisitions and leadership to align fundraising with investment opportunities. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, fundraising, or business development within real estate or alternative investments. A demonstrated record of raising capital through private wealth channels and experience building and executing fundraising strategies are required. Strong relationship-management and communication skills, along with experience developing investor materials and reporting, are essential. Real estate investment management experience is preferred; team leadership, institutional fundraising, and an entrepreneurial, self-directed approach are advantageous.
