Senior Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineer

The Company is seeking a Lead / Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to take on a senior technical leadership role. The successful candidate will be the technical anchor within an embedded LOB delivery pod, with a primary focus on architecting, developing, and deploying end-to-end agentic workflows for flagship LOB use cases. This includes leading complex technical integrations with core banking backends and setting technical standards for the squad. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and security assessments, as well as partnering with the Principal AI Architect to evaluate design patterns and contribute to enterprise agent blueprints. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a strong background in backend and distributed systems. Mastery of Python, asynchronous programming, Docker/OpenShift, and distributed microservices architectures is essential. The role requires deep knowledge of application security, zero-trust patterns, and safe tool execution environments, as well as expertise in integrating enterprise APIs, databases, and event streams into agent reasoning loops. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading technical problem-solving and architecture in a production environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
