Vice President, eDiscovery Project Management Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of eDiscovery Project Management to support its eDiscovery practice on litigation and investigation matters. The role involves establishing protocols and best practices across the eDiscovery lifecycle, from preservation and collection through processing, review, and production. The Vice President will manage and analyze large datasets, develop tailored technical solutions, advise clients on evidence collection and chain-of-custody procedures, and address technical and operational challenges. Responsibilities also include engaging with clients, preparing reports and presentations, and conducting quality control of work product. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, and at least four years of professional or consulting experience in eDiscovery is preferred. Proficiency with Relativity or other document review platforms is beneficial, as is familiarity with relevant data, analytics, and database technologies. Experience supporting litigation alongside forensic accounting and legal teams, strong project management skills, and the ability to balance technical expertise with commercial judgment and client confidence are important. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
