The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and execution through a major growth and public-market transition. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, capital allocation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term modeling; leading the IPO process and public-company readiness; and ensuring regulatory filings, reporting, governance, and internal controls are robust.
