Head of Procurement, Collectibles

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement for Collectibles to lead the end-to-end procurement process, with a primary focus on luxury watches. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and managing budgets to ensure product availability. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury watch market, including collector demand and trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and distributors. The Head of Procurement will also be involved in establishing checks for the authenticity and quality of products, as well as balancing stock and working with the operations team on logistics. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, luxury sourcing, or watch trading, and a proven track record of owning a purchasing function or leading a team. A strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, particularly Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet, is essential, as is an established dealer network and an understanding of various market channels. The role demands a professional with strong negotiation skills, the ability to work with purchasing data and budgets, and a disciplined approach to process and reporting. Experience in luxury e-commerce or marketplaces, as well as a hands-on use of relevant pricing tools, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have a professional demeanor, and be passionate about horology and collector communities.
