Vice President, Procurement

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to lead strategic and operational procurement across the Americas. Responsibilities include setting regional strategy, managing category sourcing and supplier performance, overseeing procurement budgets and cost optimization, and strengthening supply chain resilience. The role also leads procurement teams and digital transformation, manages supplier agreements and trade compliance, and supports new product launches. Close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, finance, operations, and quality leaders is essential. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, finance, or a related field, along with 15+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership role. Required expertise includes multi-country procurement, particularly in U.S. and Mexican manufacturing, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, contract negotiation, and cross-border trade compliance. A record of delivering cost savings and supply chain improvements, experience leading large geographically dispersed teams, and strong executive communication and analytical skills are also required. An advanced degree, professional procurement certification, and experience with ERP systems or quality management standards are preferred.
