Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities through client book reviews and analytics, managing a pipeline, developing marketing plans, and collaborating on referrals. The specialist also advises on the organization’s cash management offerings and communicates their value in competitive situations. Candidates should have at least five years of banking, cash management, or treasury management experience, including business development with international wealth management or ultra-high-net-worth clients. A bachelor’s degree is required. Applicants should bring knowledge of banking, card, lending, payment, and cash management services, along with familiarity with international markets, foreign exchange, and global financial institutions. Strong commercial judgment, strategic problem-solving, cultural awareness, communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills are essential; multilingual ability is preferred.
