The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership across mission-critical distributed applications. The role combines hands-on architecture, development, and support with ownership of application stability, resilience, and ongoing modernization. Responsibilities include advancing agile delivery and AI-enabled engineering practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards. The successful candidate will also coordinate timelines and deliverables with stakeholders while remaining directly involved in execution. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 15 years of software development experience. Strong qualifications include full-stack engineering in complex enterprise environments, Java expertise, and experience designing scalable, resilient distributed systems and integrations. Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices is required. Experience with agile delivery, AI-enabled development and agentic process engineering is also sought; financial services experience is an advantage.
