Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a President & COO to lead and oversee operations across its growing hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and high performance at every property. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on maintaining the financial success of the organization, driving revenue growth, and optimizing processes. The President & COO will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape and execute strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term vision. Key responsibilities include providing strategic oversight of daily operations, developing and upholding operational policies and standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership within the hospitality industry, with a specific emphasis on multi-property oversight. Strong financial acumen, extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, and a background in guest experience management are essential. The role demands an individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, who can effectively collaborate with the executive team to drive the organization's success. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and the candidate should be adept at working within a family-owned business structure.
