Vice President of Implementation

The Company is seeking a VP of Implementation to take on an executive role with a primary focus on the strategic leadership and successful delivery of all client implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to the implementation team, managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, and ensuring that all implementations progress smoothly from planning to adoption. This role requires a combination of people leadership, project and program management, technical and data implementation experience, and executive client engagement. The VP of Implementation will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with client leaders, set clear expectations, and support the successful adoption of the company's solutions. Key responsibilities for the VP of Implementation include leading and developing the implementation team, forecasting demand and capacity, and overseeing the execution of multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise software implementation, with a focus on healthcare or health-tech, and a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
