Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale a global software business through its next phase of growth. The CEO will set strategy, oversee operations and product direction, and drive profitability and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include building a high-performing executive team, leading enterprise growth, and partnering with the board to advance shareholder value. The role also requires strong financial leadership, including oversight of forecasting, budgeting, and profitability improvement. Candidates should bring at least 20 years of experience as a CEO, president, general manager, or senior operating executive, with full profit-and-loss ownership. They must have a proven record of scaling a global software or enterprise technology business and recent, hands-on experience with acquisitions, from due diligence and negotiations through integration. Experience serving large enterprise customers and leading teams across sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, finance, and operations is required. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
